Bring Me The Horizon New Zealand Show Cancelled

by Paul Cashmere on December 22, 2015

in Live,News

As the Soundwave fall-out continues Bring Me The Horizon is the latest act to also cancel New Zealand because they are not coming to Australia.

Bring Me The Horizon were to perform at Logan Campbell Centre on January 21, 2016.

Disturbed were also meant to perform a one-off show in Auckland while they were in Australia for Soundwave but cancelled their trip this week.

The Soundwave Festival collapse will seriously impact in New Zealand festival Westfest as Westfest was to share Soundwave acts. The Australian leg of the tour meant that the New Zealand event was possible because the NZ promoter only needed to ship the acts from Australia.

Westfest has not been cancelled at this point but discussions are underway to see if the New Zealand festival is still viable following the Soundwave wreckage.

Westfest is advertised to feature NOFX, Refused, Hatebreed and Bleeders. Westfest is planned for January 31, 2016.
