Paul Dainty To Tour Lionel Richie And John Farnham

Peter Jones, renowned Australian keyboard player who has played on recordings for Little River Band, Crowded House, The Ferrets and John Farnham, has died.

Richard Marx has gifted Paul Stanley of Kiss the John Farnham classic ‘Whispering Jack’.

The unfamiliar band name Horizon will have a familiar sound as Horizon features three members of the John Farnham Band, Angus Burchall, Brett Garsed and the final recordings of the late Stuart Fraser of Noiseworks.

The final studio work for the late Stuart ‘Chet’ Fraser of Noiseworks was captured for Horizon. The band features John Farnham band alumni Brett Garsed (guitar) and Angus Burchall (drums) with Stuart of guitar, Lee Bradshaw on vocals and Richard Panaia on bass.

Roger McLachlan, the New Zealand born bass player and co-founder of Little River Band, has died from pancreatic cancer at the age of 71.

Australian guitarist Brett Garsed had no idea of the legacy of the Nelson family when he joined Matthew and Gunnar Nelson’s band Nelson in the mid 80s.
