Justin Bieber has made a statement following the death of a photographer yesterday who stalked his car thinking Bieber was inside.

Bieber’s car was pulled over by Police for a routine check. The photographer also pulled over, got out and started snapping away despite Police telling him to get back in his car.
He was hit by an incoming car and died on his way to hospital.
In a statement, Justin Bieber said,” “While I was not present nor directly involved with this tragic accident, my thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victim. Hopefully this tragedy will finally inspire meaningful legislation and whatever other necessary steps to protect the lives and safety of celebrities, police officers, innocent public bystanders, and the photographers themselves.”
