Jimmy Page Approved Lez Zeppelin To Play Memo Music Hall This Weekend

New York-based Lez Zeppelin will be in Melbourne this weekend for a show at Memo Music Hall in St Kilda on Saturday night.

The all-female Zeppelin are touring Australia for the first time. Their greatest endorsement came from Led Zep founder Jimmy Page himself who turned up at one of their gigs in London in 2013. “It’s incredibly, wondrously satisfying to know that Jimmy, himself, came to our show and told us he loved it,” guitarist Steph Paynes said. “Really, it is the ultimate validation. We are all so deeply grateful that we were able to play for him and tell him how much his music means to us and has transformed our own lives”.
