Good Things Festival is the latest festival to add The Veronicas

The Veronicas are the act of choice for the upcoming festival season with the punk orientated Good Things Festival being latest event to add the pop band.

The line-up with The Veronicas reads like one of those “spot the odd one out” lists. The sister act is on a bill with Simple Plan, Bad Religion, Enter Shikari, Parkway Drive and A Day To Remember in what can only be described as the “quirky” choice.

Festivals have been using “odd one out” syndrome for ages. Remember the year Big Day Out added Kamahl one year Splendour had Tina Arena. Even John Farnham is popping up at the next season of Falls Festival.

“Odd one out” syndrome certainly gets media attention. Hell, I fell for it.
