Bruce Johnston has confirmed he will cease full-time touring with The Beach Boys, closing a 61-year chapter with the band while signalling new solo and speaking projects.

Oglio Records will release Brian Wilson: Live At The Roxy Theatre (25th Anniversary Edition) on 7 November 2025, marking the first posthumous release from the late Beach Boys co-founder following his death on 11 June 2025.

Beach Boys founding member Al Jardine has rescheduled his long-awaited Australian tour with The Pet Sounds Band to 2026. The shows, originally slated for 2025, will now take place in June 2026, bringing fans a reimagined live experience celebrating the timeless legacy of Brian Wilson and The Beach Boys.

Released on August 15, 1995, I Just Wasn’t Made for These Times stands as Brian Wilson’s second solo album and functions as the soundtrack to Don Was’ documentary on Wilson’s life and artistry. It is comprised almost entirely of re-recordings of Wilson’s earlier compositions, a thoughtful revisitation of his monumental catalogue.

Nearly two months after his passing on June 11, 2025, Brian Wilson, co-founder and creative heart of The Beach Boys, was laid to rest in a private ceremony on August 6, 2025.

Poet Stephen Kalinich will release ‘I Love My Life’ on July 11.

The Beach Boys founding member Al Jardine is coming to Australia in October and touring with Brian Wilson’s band of musicians.
