The riveting tribute to the legendary Divinyls frontwoman Chrissy Amphlett returns to the Melbourne stage for a strictly limited five show season this March.

As a Christmas surprise for fans across Australia, the Skyhooks Archives has released a new mini documentary titled In The Heat Of The Night. 50. The film revisits the band's December 1975 In The Heat Of The Night tour, a pivotal run of shows staged just before Skyhooks departed for the United States. The tour was rarely documented at the time, making this release a significant addition to the band's visual history.

The City of Port Phillip has officially opened Seekers Way in St Kilda. The new street name honours The Seekers, the Melbourne group that started more than sixty years ago and went on to win fans around the world. Patrick Donovan and founding member Bruce Woodley spoke at the ceremony, reflecting on the band's roots in the area.

Midnight Oil drummer Rob Hirst is parting with one of the most significant pieces of Australian rock history - his 1979 Ludwig “Touring and Recording” drum kit. The set, purchased brand new for the making of Head Injuries, went on to anchor Midnight Oil's sound for more than four decades, appearing onstage from 1979 right through to the Oils' farewell tour in 2022.
